General

Newcastle Tattoo Removal reserves the right to refuse any client treatment at any time. In the case that a client is refused treatment, all existing credit owed to the client will be paid out in full to the client within 7 days.
All quotes provided during the FREE consultation are valid for a period of 3 months and may be subject to change.

Online Bookings & Cancellation policy

Credit card details will be captured at the time of your booking for the purpose of enforcing our cancellation policy where required. Credit card details will be securely stored using the third party ecommerce gateway provider, Stripe.
Our appointment books fill very quickly, due to our experience and reputation for best-in-class results. If you need to change your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so we can provide you with a re-scheduled appointment to your liking and schedule one of our other clients from our waiting list.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
An $80 cancellation or no show fee will be charged to your credit card if a minimum of 48 hours notice is not provided.

Flat Rate/Capped Pricing

Refers to all tattoo removal advertised as $150 to $250 per session.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or package.
This offer is a pay as you go structure, treatments can be purchased in packages at a reduced cost. See advertised packages.
If a tattoo is not completely removed in the amount of recommended sessions, further treatments will need to be purchased at the advertised rate.
Due to medical reasons, the maximum tattoo area that can be treated in one tattoo removal session is restricted to maintain client safety. Some large tattoos may need to be treated in separate sessions requiring separate visits to the clinic, each treatment session will be charged at the flat rate cost of $250.

Birthday Voucher

Is not available for tattoo removal services. This voucher can be redeemed in clinic for new purchases of services offered by Coco Skin Laser Health.
Birthday vouchers are supplied to existing clients via email, they are not able to be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Birthday vouchers are valid for 2 months after the recipient’s birthday date.

Former ‘NTR Promise’ Package

Clients who have previously purchased an 'NTR Promise package' will be treated according to the below terms and conditions.

The NTR Promise Package is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
The full cost/quote for treatment is determined by a Newcastle Tattoo Removal practitioner based on a range of clinical factors influencing the treatment and the time it may take to complete the treatment.
If the client’s tattoo is not completely cleared after the completion of ALL quoted sessions, Newcastle Tattoo Removal will continue to treat the client for a further 12 months from the date of the last quoted session OR until the tattoo is completely removed within this 12 month period for no extra cost.

Former Price Estimates

All estimates provided prior to September 2017 were based on a number of medical factors and used an industry standard scale to calculate the estimated cost per session and the amount of sessions it may take to remove it.
All estimates were a price guide only and will be subject to change under the new flat rate pricing model if no treatments have previously been purchased.

Former Refer A Friend Offer

Prior to September 2017 a 15% discount off a client's next tattoo removal treatment was available for both clients who referred a friend or had been referred. The below terms and conditions applied:

The referred client must make a purchase to be eligible.
An NTR referral card must be presented to be eligible for the discount.
The referral discount can be used in conjunction with any new ‘NTR PROMISE’ purchase and will be deducted from only one treatment session price (NOT the entire package price).
The referral discount is not available with any other offer.
The discount is not available for use with any existing package or deal previously entered into.
The referring client will be notified by email if they have successfully referred a new client.
The offer is valid for two months after the email send date.

Former Birthday Voucher Offer

Prior to September 2017 the following terms and conditions applied to the birthday voucher offer:

Available on new purchases of services only (not available with the purchase of products).
Can be used in conjunction with ALL other offers.
